Anitel Investments, LLC is owned and operated by Valeria and Thomas Eastham in Houston, TX. Anitel was founded in 2004 as a commercial real estate investment business. The equipment sales portion of the business was born out of a passion for all things diesel powered, the bigger the better!

Anitel still invests in light industrial commercial property in the Houston area. Our current project includes the 2305 Lyons warehouses. The property constitutes 20,000sqft of industrial warehouse space and 2500sqft of office space on 2 acres of land. Eventually this property will be leased out and the business will acquire a new location on the north side of town.

Previous projects have included residential townhouse renovations on Stanford and Cherryhurst Streets in the Monstrose are of Houston. We have also completed an antique heavy timber reclimation project of a 40,000sqft building near downtown Houston.
